Welcome to my English 2 blog! In were I will be writing many interesting stuff about new books I'm currently reading and other fun stuff about me and my class. IR Blog Post #2-Significant Section
I feel that the most important part of the book I'm currently reading titled, Looking for Alaska, would be when Miles a.k.a Pudge, the main character, and his friends Alaska, Takumi, and the Colonel got busted near the lake while smoking cigarettes by the Eagle, the dean of students. He later tells them he expects all of them at jury the next day for serious discipline and consequences. Before that happens, Alaska and the Colonel tell Miles to sit tight and not talk. He was confused but then realized they took all the blame. I feel like this part is a significant part of my IR book because it really shows the main character who his real friends are and how they will risk everything for him, which is something that didn't really occur to him that often.

I've read this book before and I loved it! Mixed feelings compared to other John Green books I've read but still a great book. This part is quite significant because it changes his perspective on who is his real friends and the way they proved their friendship to him. I hope you enjoy the rest of the book! Maybe for the next blog post focus more on the mission they are on and how it brings them closer and how it is significant to Pudge.
